Or Dobrin has worked with Amber Flooring for over 25 years and was named our CEO 10+ years ago. Or started out on the sanding crew and then moved to the sales team. After a few years in sales, Or transitioned into management and then to our CEO. As a result, Or has experience in every facet of the flooring business which makes him an incredible resource for our company. Or is particularly passionate about client services and employee retention. He loves to see the same faces using Amber Flooring as customers and working at Amber Flooring as long term employees.
When Or is not working to keep Amber Flooring running smoothly, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 2 children. Hiking, snowboarding, running, and biking–are a few of his favorite outdoor activities. As for the future of Amber Flooring, Or hopes to continue to grow the business but still retain the feel of the small, family owned company that Amber Flooring is.
