Mark Whatley
Operations Manager
Mark has worked in the flooring industry for 28 years, the last 11 years with Amber Flooring. Mark is our Operations Manager, which means Mark oversees every project at Amber Flooring, and bridges the gap between our sales, operations, and clients. Mark is certified through the NWFA as an inspector, installer, sand and finisher, and sales advisor. Mark continues to push Amber Flooring to be the largest custom hardwood flooring company in the Bay Area and leverage his knowledge in several aspects of wood flooring to benefit all of our customers.
Mark has a very busy homelife away from work. He is the proud father of 3 boys and coaches their little league and soccer teams, and is also his PTO committee leader. Mark is also an officer at his local Masonic lodge. Mark married his highschool sweetheart and they have been together for 31 years. Mark lives in Livermore, and enjoys surfing and lifting weights in his free time.
