Senior Sales Estimator/Business Development Specialist
Kim Ferguson has worked in the flooring industry for 15 plus years, the last 8 with Amber Flooring. Kim prides herself on understanding the larger trajectory of her projects, anticipating problems, and ensuring that her projects run smoothly from start to finish. Kim has a background as a head-hunter so is particularly adept at reading people. Kim is a hands-on sales estimator, and is always happy to meet with clients to brainstorm, chat, or share her knowledge. She is also deeply invested in new-client acquisition and has built strong connections within the Bay Area’s general contractor, architecture firms and interior design communities.
Outside of work, Kim lives in San Francisco with her rescued cat, Coco. A devoted animal lover and vegetarian, Kim has a passion for architecture and enjoys spending her free time outdoors with friends. She’s also eager to improve her Spanish, with plans to travel to Spain in the coming years and deepen her connection to her Spanish heritage.
