Harel joined the Amber Flooring sales team in 2025, but he’s no stranger to the flooring industry. As the son of Amber Flooring’s founder and current owner, Harel has been immersed in the world of wood flooring his entire life. Harel was also trained in the field to sand and install hardwood floors and spent extensive time in our training facilty to understand all aspects of floor installation. He brings with him a deep appreciation for the company’s core values: customer satisfaction, craftsmanship, and environmental responsibility.

In his current role as a salesperon, Harel guides clients through every stage of their flooring projects. He is known for his clear and consistent communication—from the initial estimate to the final finishing touches—ensuring a smooth and informed experience throughout.

Harel is proud to work at Amber Flooring, where small business values meet big business capabilities. The company’s ability to manage multiple projects without compromising on the detail and quality typical of smaller shops is something he truly values.

Outside of work, Harel enjoys staying active and living a balanced lifestyle. He spends his free time at the gym, hiking, maintaining a healthy routine, and being with his family.
