Scheduling and Project Coordinator
Egar is our lead service coordinator and while this role is new to him, he is not new to Amber Flooring. Edgar worked in our warehouse and on field crews when he was in high school! Egar decided to rejoin the Amber Flooring team to manage communications between our crews and improve our overall client experience.
Edgar is a genius in Excel, Salesforce, and Monday.com and is quite excited to organize and make all of Amber Flooring’s data more usable. We believe that by strengthening these processes on the back end, our customer service experience will also be more seamless. Egar is excited to continue to work at Amber Flooring and with people he has known his whole life.
Edgar loves to play board games with friends and his girlfriend. He also enjoys hiking on one of the many trails in the Oakland Hills. Edgar also loves walking his family dogs: a pitbull named Shakira and a german shepherd named Rocky. In the evenings, Edgar is working hard at Laney College to earn a degree.
