Operations Administrator/Showroom Manager
Charlotte has worked with Amber Flooring for 7 years as our Operations Administrator and Showroom Manager. In general, Charlotte is responsible for client processes from the moment a person enters our building, or contacts us, to the very end of the project when our installation is complete. Charlotte enjoys working at Amber Flooring because as a small local business we can truly look out for one another and work as a team. She enjoys designing and implementing operations management softwares as well to complement the existing processes at Amber Flooring.
Outside of work, Charlotte loves to cater events both for her family and at her church. She also loves to bowl and sing, and generally be creative. Charlotte loves the process of figuring something out. Charlotte also has a robust family life and she very much enjoys spending time with them on weeknights and weekends. In general, Charlotte is an upbeat, positive person who values challenge and loves to support her fellow coworkers.
