Al Dobrin
Sales Director
Al is head of Sales at Amber Flooring and has worked with us for 19 years. Al started with Amber Flooring as our lead salesperson in Marin County as well as our sales representative in Sonoma and Napa. Al’s strength at developing strong customer relations, led us to name him our Sales Director in 2016. Al continues to push Amber Flooring to embrace new workflow technologies to ensure a better customer experience. Al is also in charge of hiring and managing all of our sales associates. He loves working at Amber Flooring because he values the long standing relationships he has with both general contractors and architects in the Bay Area.
Al is a husband and father of 2 kids. They also have 2 dogs. Al is an avid skier and recently got his whole family into the hobby. In the winter, they spend their weekends in Tahoe skiing together. In addition, Al loves camping, fishing, and road tripping on the old highways on the west coast. When at home, Al loves to both cook and bake.
